The Audit Supervisor or Manager will oversee and manage the audit process for our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in financial reporting. This role requires strategic planning, execution of audits, and the ability to lead a team of audit professionals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits that include health, dental and vision coverage, 15 days of PTO to start, 12 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with 3% contribution each year, and company-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements and internal controls to identify areas of risk.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in all audit activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns regarding audit processes.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in accounting, audit, assurance, or public accounting is a plus.
