Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor/Manager with a strong emphasis on Not-for-Profit (NFP) organizations. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance and providing valuable insights to our clients in the NFP sector. This role requires a deep understanding of NFP regulations and a commitment to delivering high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for NFP clients from planning through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards, regulations, and best practices in the NFP sector.
• Review and approve audit working papers and financial statements prepared by the audit team.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, providing insights to enhance their financial operations.
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering their professional development within the audit team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand their unique challenges and needs in the NFP space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of NFP accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
