Key Responsibilities
- Supervise audit engagements from planning to completion in accordance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Review audit work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with ERISA regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff to promote their professional growth.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and respond to inquiries during the audit process.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement audit plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- BS Accounting or a related field
- CPA required
- 5 years of auditing experience, with a focus on ERISA compliance preferred
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
