Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Staff member to support our auditing team in ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and conducting thorough audits for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing audit assignments while providing valuable insights to improve client processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under the supervision of senior auditors
• Perform audit procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Evaluate internal controls and processes to identify risks and recommend improvements
• Prepare detailed working papers and documentation to support audit findings
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Stay updated on current GAAP regulations and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or audit preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
