Position Overview
As an Audit Senior, you'll lead audit engagements from start to finish, working with clients across industries including nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and family-owned businesses. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values integrity, responsiveness, and strategic thinking, helping clients meet their financial and operational goals while contributing to the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, fostering growth and quality
• Review audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
• Present audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or assurance services
• Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
• CPA designation preferred
• Experience with Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
