Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, managing the audit process and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Review and prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain a strong client relationship.
- Identify areas for improvement in client processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- 3 years of auditing experience in public accounting.
- Strong understanding of audit standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
