Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional audit services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering insights to enhance their financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, including the preparation of reports and financial statements.
- Review and evaluate clients' internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, providing training and oversight.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any issues during the audit process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on audit findings and recommendations.
- Stay current on accounting and auditing standards, as well as industry trends and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA eligible or licensed CPA.
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting.
- Experience with Not-For-Profit (NFP) audits is highly desirable.
- Experience with Private Company audits is preferred.
- Experience with Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
