Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior/Supervisor to join our prestigious regional firm in Florida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements for a diverse range of small business clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering top-notch client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, including supervising junior staff.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on financial matters.
• Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and management.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance their professional growth.
  
  

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• Must have CPA/EA
• Minimum 6 years in Public Accounting/OR Wealth Management
• At least 2 years at the manager level
• Experience having several direct reports/leading a small team.
• Must have the majority of your portfolio in tax be HNW.
