Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Lead audit teams and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement in clients' financial operations and provide recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit within public accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
