What You'll Do
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful, responsive service.
- Identify audit risks and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation (required).
- 5 years of audit management experience.
- Strong grasp of auditing standards and regulations.
- Leadership skills and a passion for team development.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office; CCH experience is a plus.
- Industry exposure in any of our core sectors is a bonus.
