Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Develop and implement audit plans and strategies
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and training
- Review and analyze audit work papers and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit/assurance
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
