The Audit & Assurance Manager will oversee and manage the audit processes and assurance services provided to clients. The successful candidate will lead audit teams, engage with clients, and contribute to the development of audit strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant regulations.
- Review and assess internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare and present audit reports and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff and provide training as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and provide exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audit and assurance services.
- CPA certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance services.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
