An established plaintiff firm based in Freehold, NJ with over 35 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to join their team. The firm is nationally recognized for its expertise in leveraging advanced legal technology and artificial intelligence platforms to streamline litigation, manage case data, and enhance trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be able to manage smaller personal injury cases independently from start to finish while assisting senior partners on larger six-figure and above matters through trial and mediation.

Qualifications
5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Experience managing cases independently from intake through resolution
Strong technical proficiency and comfort using digital platforms and AI-based tools (firm utilizes NEOS and proprietary AI systems)
Excellent legal writing, discovery, and negotiation skills
Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners and support staff
Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of smaller personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
Assist senior partners on larger, high-value cases through trial and mediation
Leverage AI-driven tools and advanced software to organize evidence, analyze data, and streamline case preparation
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions using firm technology systems
Coordinate with experts, clients, and witnesses throughout all phases of litigation
Participate in trial preparation, strategy meetings, and courtroom proceedings
Maintain meticulous and fully digital case files while ensuring workflow efficiency through technology integration
