What You Will Be Doing

• Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
• Work on complex property damage cases
• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
• Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 3 Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred)
• J.D. Degree or Esquire
• Bar Certified: CO, GA, FL, or LA
• Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
• Competency in Case-Management Software
