This role focuses on mortgage foreclosure litigation, creditor rights, and real estate disputes, representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in state and federal court while managing matters through all phases of litigation. Salary range: $190,000-$240,000 contingent on experience

Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
3 years of experience handling mortgage foreclosure, creditor rights, or real estate litigation matters
Strong working knowledge of Florida foreclosure statutes, procedures, and contested litigation
Experience representing lenders, mortgage servicers, or financial institutions
Excellent legal writing, case management, and courtroom advocacy skills Responsibilities
Handle contested residential and commercial foreclosure matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
Manage a litigation caseload efficiently while meeting client and court deadlines
Advise clients on risk exposure, strategy, and procedural requirements
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services
