We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will focus on civil litigation cases, representing clients in court and managing all aspects of litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases and contribute to the success of our clients' legal needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases in court and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options in civil matters.
- Manage case files and maintain communication with clients regarding case status and developments.
- Prepare for and attend trials, presenting evidence and arguments on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to strategize and build strong cases.
- Jurisdictionally licensed Attorney with a valid law degree.
- Proven experience in civil litigation and trial procedures.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in client management and maintaining client relationships is a plus.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and trial courts is advantageous.

Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
