What You Will Be Doing
- Support design efforts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects
- Contribute to public infrastructure design including sewer, water, and storm drainage systems
- Perform grading, earthwork, and utility layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Conduct hydrology and hydraulic modeling for stormwater and flood control systems
- Coordinate with public agencies, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff and assist with project management tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development and/or public infrastructure design in California
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., WaterCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-Storm)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience assisting with project management, client communication, and proposal development is preferred
- California PE license is preferred but not required
