Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate and employment law issues
- Represent clients in negotiations and mediations
- Support senior attorneys in litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies
- Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar membership
- 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, preferably in corporate or employment law
- Strong understanding of civil litigation and transactional processes
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
