Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Advise on estate planning, tax strategies, and trust administration
- Manage probate and trust disputes, including litigation
- Oversee fiduciary accounting and tax filings
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations
- JD
- active IL bar license
- 7 years recent experience in trusts, estates, and probate law
- Expertise in estate/tax planning and fiduciary matters
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Litigation experience preferred

- Competitive Base Salary: $125-175k base (Depending on experience - with flexibility to go higher)
