Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Total Compensation Performance-Based Bonuses
Bar Admission: Massachusetts Required

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hanover, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing personalized legal services to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Massachusetts. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is looking to grow their practice, develop long-term client relationships, and play a meaningful role in the strategic direction of a respected law firm.

Practice Areas

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Estate Planning
• Probate & Trust Administration
• Elder Law
• Residential & Commercial Real Estate
• Civil Litigation
• Personal Injury

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on complex legal matters and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with other attorneys across practice groups.
• Participate in networking, referral development, and community engagement activities.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts Bar membership in good standing.
• 5 years of legal experience preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage client matters.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Nice to have: Social Media/Marketing experience - the firm would like to revamp their website eventually and develop a stronger social media/online presence.
