Position Overview

A leading general contractor is bringing on an Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining quality standards in line with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from ground up.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project schedules are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with woodframe construction techniques and best practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
