We've spent the last 15 years becoming an award winning full-service architectural design firm in Philadelphia. You'll have the opportunity to work on various project types from hospitality and multi-family to commercial office and healthcare!
As an architecture Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. Working closely with leadership, you will navigate each phase, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project goals. This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality experience is required
- Revit preferred
- Client communication and project management experience
- An architecture license is not required but is a plus
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
- Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
