Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect specializing in Single Family Luxury homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of high-end residential properties that reflect the client's vision and elevate the standard of living. This position requires a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for luxury single-family homes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Oversee the design-build process from conceptualization to completion
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes
• Select materials and finishes that align with the luxury aesthetic
• Coordinate with contractors, interior designers, and other professionals involved in the project
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture, specifically in luxury design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and remodeling techniques
