Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AGTEK software to perform takeoffs and quantity estimations for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide technical support and insights during the project lifecycle.
- Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and project proposals by providing detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of all takeoffs, estimates, and project documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AGTEK and construction technology.
- Proven experience as a technician in the civil construction field with a background in AGTEK software.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and principles, specifically in takeoff processes.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and data interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Salary Based on Experience: $60,000 - $90,000/year
