Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a focus on aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of complex systems for spacecraft. This role requires a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems for aerospace applications, specifically spacecraft.
• Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate system designs.
• Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Create and review technical documentation including specifications and design reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of systems.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in design processes.
• Use software tools such as SolidWorks and Matlab for design and analysis tasks.
• Implement LabView for system testing and validation.
• Maintain compliance with security standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in FEA, MBSE, GD&T, SolidWorks, and/or Matlab.
• Experience with LabView and system testing methodologies.
• Security certification is a plus but eligibility is REQUIRED
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
