The AEC Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development efforts.
- Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners), or PLA (Professional Landscape Architect)

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
