Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management
- Assist in the preparation of ledger accounts and journal entries
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with budget preparation and management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
