Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Perform reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with construction accounting and project financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in construction industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Familiarity with construction accounting practices is a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
