Location: Hiring for Sacramento and San Francisco territories

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in territory sales and account management, along with a passion for the commercial flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial flooring sector.
• Manage existing client accounts while seeking opportunities to expand business relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the benefits of our flooring solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales and account management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
