Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and general contractors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the commercial flooring sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
- Proven experience in territory sales, specifically in the commercial flooring or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
