Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor (FOOD)
2nd Shift is 3 PM - 1:30 AM
Salary: $75k-$90k with bonus (may be flexible depending on experience, education, etc.)
Position Overview
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production team during the second shift. This role ensures that manufacturing operations run efficiently and safely while maintaining product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the production team during the second shift to meet production goals.
- Ensure that all production processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA, and FDA regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, quality standards, and team performance.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a production supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, USDA, and FDA regulations.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
