Role: Product Owner - Incentive Management and Sales Validation for Banking Business
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
- Define and own the product vision for the Incentive Management & Sales Validation Platform.
- Drive modernization of fragmented legacy processes into a unified, scalable Azure-native platform.
- Ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business goals in sales performance, compensation, validation, and compliance.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on incentive workflows (crediting, payout, validation, reconciliation).
- Act as the voice of business and bankers, working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements around sales crediting, incentive payout rules, exception handling, and dispute management.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure the platform increases trust, transparency, and efficiency in incentive management.
- Support ongoing operations, BAU requests, and enhancements to validation rules, workflows, and dashboards.
- Monitor platform adoption, performance, and ROI; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs around validation accuracy, payout timeliness, dispute resolution cycle time, and user adoption.
Qualifications
- 6 8 years as Product Owner/Manager with banking and financial services domain expertise (sales performance, incentives, compensation systems of banking products).
- Experience with Azure cloud, ETL/data pipelines, APIs, and Power BI Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven Agile delivery, backlog management, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
