Role Description
This is a full-time role for US Geo Staffing, based in India ( preferably in Hyderabad, but location is flexible), for Head Hunters/Recruiter position. The individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT roles. Responsibilities include building a pool of qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, proactively reaching out to potential candidates via different channels, and maintaining a robust talent database. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring a streamlined recruiting process, staying updated on market trends, and fostering relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing strategies
- Strong ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical roles
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and database management
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and engage with passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with the IT industry and technologies, particularly in areas like Cloud, ERP, Data Science, and Cyber Security
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an aptitude for identifying top talent.
