Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge along with experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and Agile delivery teams.
Roles & Responsibilities- Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical considerations.
- Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver product features.
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and product reviews.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and production.
- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality, automation, integrations, and user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, governance standards, and platform best practices.
- Support UAT, release planning, change management, and production adoption activities.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Manager / Product Owner
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications
- Strong experience with Product Roadmaps and Backlog Management
- User stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements gathering
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management
- Experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
