Duties

- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including controllers, circuit boards, and other console parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure consoles operate smoothly.
- Test repaired consoles to verify functionality and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service details.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Follow safety protocols when handling electronic components and working in the repair environment.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and tools needed for repairs.
