Position Summary: The Centralized Services Manager oversees the centralized operations team that supports CWS communities across leasing, resident services, and accounting functions. This role ensures operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and residents. The manager will lead cross-functional specialists, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities: · Leadership & Team Management: o Supervise and develop a team handling leasing, resident, and accounting support. o Set performance goals, provide coaching, and regularly communicate with corporate and operation stakeholders. · Operational Oversight: o Manage centralized functions including but not limited to new lease/lease renewal/unit transfer review and processing, resident communications, accounts payable/receivable functions, move out and deposit accounting management, ledger corrections, an monthly pre-close/close processes. o Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and regulatory requirements. · Process Optimization: o Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency for the department. o Implement automation tools and technology solutions to enhance productivity. · Collaboration: o Partner with on-site teams, regional managers, and corporate departments to ensure seamless service delivery. o Act as a liaison between centralized services and property operations. · Reporting & Analytics: o Monitor KPIs and service-level agreements for centralized operations. o Prepare regular reports on performance, trends, and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field (preferred). · 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management or centralized operations. · Strong leadership and team-building skills. · Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite. · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
