What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Build and Develop a Winning Team
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-potential sales talent. You know what a closer looks like—and how to spot one quickly.
Train and Coach for Performance
Work directly with your team in the field to improve:
- Closing ability
- Objection handling
- Communication and presentation skills
You don’t just talk sales—you teach it.
Drive Sales Results
Own your team’s performance. Set the standard, track the numbers, and make sure goals are consistently hit (and exceeded).
Lead from the Front
This is a player-coach role. You’ll be expected to lead by example, step in when needed, and help close deals.
