We're looking for a Front-End Developer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, scalable web applications that create a seamless experience for our users. As Front-End Developer, your role collaborates closely with backend engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment to bring new ideas to life and continuously improve existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, user-friendly web interfaces using React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML5.
- Work in tandem with backend developers and stakeholders to craft seamless and efficient frontend solutions.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications are mobile-friendly and accessible across various devices.
- Engage in code review processes, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve quality and team knowledge.
- Optimize application performance, focusing on frontend scalability and usability.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, working effectively across different functional teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio in React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML5.
- Deep understanding of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Solid grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in developing ADA accessibility-compliant applications.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms, such as Azure or AWS, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of or experience in the commercial real estate finance and asset management industry is a plus.
