Requirements
- 5 years in quant equity at a hedge fund, prop shop, or alternative investment firm
- Proven alpha generation in liquid strategies (L/S Equity, Event-Driven, Macro, Vol)
- Track record: $10M annual P&L, Sharpe >1.5
- Strong risk management expertise
