Support The Team Throughout The Shift
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate safety gear and equipment safeguards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain the goals, standards, and objectives of the facility and company.
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Organize, plan, and direct landscaping and maintenance operations, scheduling work for timely completion.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the premises and equipment.
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Maintain cleanliness standards and proper signage.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance at the end of each day.
- Maintain, track, compute, and adjust attendance records and payroll as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety standards and health codes.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Valid Real ID
- Minimum of (1) year supervisory
- Minimum of (2) years’ experience in landscaping or ground maintenance, with a focus on quality control and inspections experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment, tools, and materials (Preferred)
- Understanding of safety regulations and environmental guidelines related to landscaping (Preferred)

- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic or unpredictable situations.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the store (up to 8 hours/day).
- Bending, lifting, and carrying items (up to 30–50lbs occasionally).
- Reaching and stooping to stock shelves or assist team members.
- Use of hands for writing, typing, or handling equipment (e.g., box cutters, scanners).
- Ability to assist with mobility or physical tasks for team members.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, particularly in refrigerated and freezer sections.
- Standard grocery store noise levels (customers, carts, PA system, machinery).
- Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals or strong smells.
- Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
