CW Resources is seeking a dedicated landscaping Assistant Project Manager to manage and lead a team primarily composed of individuals with disabilities. This role is vital in ensuring our landscaping and maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll support the Project Manager with daily operations, help supervise and guide the landscaping team, and lead by example by actively participating in landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining commercial landscapes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Support The Team Throughout The Shift

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate safety gear and equipment safeguards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain the goals, standards, and objectives of the facility and company.
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
  
  

Jump In With Landscaping Duties

• Organize, plan, and direct landscaping and maintenance operations, scheduling work for timely completion.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the premises and equipment.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and proper signage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Wrap Up The Shift

• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance at the end of each day.
• Maintain, track, compute, and adjust attendance records and payroll as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety standards and health codes.
  
  

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Valid Real ID
• Minimum of (1) year supervisory
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience in landscaping or ground maintenance, with a focus on quality control and inspections experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment, tools, and materials (Preferred)
• Understanding of safety regulations and environmental guidelines related to landscaping (Preferred)

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the store (up to 8 hours/day).
• Bending, lifting, and carrying items (up to 30–50lbs occasionally).
• Reaching and stooping to stock shelves or assist team members.
• Use of hands for writing, typing, or handling equipment (e.g., box cutters, scanners).
• Ability to assist with mobility or physical tasks for team members.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, particularly in refrigerated and freezer sections.
• Standard grocery store noise levels (customers, carts, PA system, machinery).
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals or strong smells.
