What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plan Sponsor Services Consultant position at CVS Health?
Provides a multi-functional approach to plan sponsor administration (i.e., eligibility, billing, plan set-up, etc.). Processes accurate and timely policy and eligibility data utilizing administration systems for claim payment purposes and product production. Provides plan sponsors with accurate bills and ensures fees and/or premiums are allocated accordingly across benefits and structure. Incumbents perform a minimum of 2 plan sponsor service functions on a daily basis, which may include enrollment, collections, billing and accounts receivable, including most, or all, of the fundamental components below.Performs a minimum of 2-3 plan sponsor functions daily that may include a combination of enrollment, eligibility, product/list billing, collections, accounts receivable/billing, cash control, drafting, plan coordination and installation duties.Utilizes and interprets available resources, standard reference materials, and plan sponsor benefits to ensure customer’s benefit administration needs are satisfied.Under general direction, assists with the investigation, analysis and development of solutions to client-specific (internal and external) problems.Maintains customer files, including telephone call documentation/logs and other related correspondence in support of department audits.Completes the accurate and timely set-up of benefits, account structure, rates, and enrollment and confirms all changes to be in compliance with state and Federal legislative mandates.Reviews and corrects transaction errors generated through enrollment and eligibility interfaces.Monitors and manages internal installation process and maintains case tracking tools in support of client satisfaction.Prepares employer contracts and/or assembles documents and state specific forms for employer distribution; ensures group agreements are signed and returned for quality auditing purposes.Inputs work into internal tracking system and measurement systems within established timeframes to support management and business initiatives; prepares information for imaging or microfilm processing.Partners with other internal business areas and department counterparts to deliver services and products that are properly aligned with customers’ benefit requirements.May assign control numbers for new and/or existing business.May participate on team, regional, or company-wide projects.

Medicare Experience preferred Customer Service Experience Experience using Microsoft office productsCollege degree preferred.
