As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team.
This position will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks and requires an individual with strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multitask. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team and enjoy providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities
· Workflows and processes: execute existing processes as well as implement new ones
· Client Service: prepare, process and track account applications. Handle client calls, scheduling and assist with meeting prep. Greet clients for in-person meetings and at events.
· Projects: take on, collaborate and execute on various business projects
· Assist with marketing and prospecting
· Database management: CRM maintenance, generate reports and accurately input data into specified software’s
· Draft communication letters, emails and media
· Anticipate Advisor’s needs and handle them proactively
Skills and Experience
· Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (i.e. finance, business, etc.); high school diploma or equivalent
· Self-motivated and eager to learn
· Strong technical skills and adaptability, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Able to meet deadlines and be very detail oriented
· Organized with the ability to switch from one project to another
· Be excellent at problem solving and communicating
· Work well in a team-oriented environment
· Demonstrate an ability to develop and cultivate relationships
· Strong understanding of confidentiality
· Accept feedback and constructive criticism well
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
