Job Description:
An Account Coordinator at CVR serves as a critical support system for assigned accounts and agency teams while building a foundation for an effective account management career. Working closely with senior account leaders, a coordinator manages workflow through our dedicated project management platform, attends client meetings and captures detailed notes and translates them into action steps, collaborates directly with CVR client teams, and collects competitive information to inform strategic planning. Account Coordinators are passionate, energetic, self-motivated and have a strong desire to learn the value the agency can provide its clients. This role is fast paced and hinges on an individual’s organization, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, willingness to ask questions when uncertain, and ability to anticipate the needs of others. The role also provides experience and exposure to strategic planning processes and a wide range of advertising disciplines, client industries and project types.

• Project schedule management and informative alerts to agency teams
• Draft creative briefs for team leads
• Support development of project estimates
• Train in and operate client-specific project management and asset review platforms

• Meeting scheduling, note capture and action steps
• Collection of competitive information to inform strategy
