- Make outbound calls to candidates and build relationships
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews
- Learn how to source and identify talent for open positions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in recruiting systems
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts
- Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- High energy and positive attitude
