The Role:
As our new Surgical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our patients' comfort and safety. You will work side-by-side with our surgeon, ensuring seamless procedures from start to finish.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Set the Stage: Prep, organize, and sterilize advanced surgical equipment and operating rooms to maintain a pristine, safe environment.
- Patient Advocacy: Welcome patients, help them feel completely at ease, and provide outstanding comfort and care before, during, and after surgery.
- Surgical Partnership: Deliver hands-on, high-level assistance to the surgeon during complex procedures.
- Detail & Care: Keep accurate clinical records of patient care and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Essentials: Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Bonus Points (Preferred, but NOT required): Previous oral surgery experience and a Dental Radiology Certification. We are fully willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
