CNC Machinist - Weekend Position

Job Description:

This position is for weekend shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift, 6:00 AM through 6:30 PM. Work 36 Hours and get paid for 40 hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Set-Up and Operation of CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills and Lathes

- Minor G-Code edits to programs

- Machining fixtures

- Operation of Robots & Automation Systems

- Commitment to Workplace Safety

- Shop Cleanliness & Maintenance of 5S

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 Years Experience as a CNC Machine Operator

- HS Diploma or GED

- Strong Math and Computer Skills

- Detail Oriented & Enthusiastic

- Willingness to learn

- Ability to lift 60 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

- 5 Years Experience as a Machinist

- Associates Degree in CNC Machining or Similar

- Experience with both Lathes & Mills

- CAD/CAM Programming Experience

-Okuma Experience Preferred
