CVF is a fast paced and action oriented manufacturer of aftermarket automotive parts. Position Summary: The Technical Sales Associate - MN helps enthusiasts and dealers choose the right CVF Racing products and supports them after the sale. This is an inbound-only role with no outbound cold calling.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales and technical support by phone, email, and online chat
- Help customers pick the right parts and fitment for their vehicle and project
- Do administrative tasks between customer contacts
- Represent CVF Racing at car shows, trade shows, and events
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor products
- Give feedback on website and catalog content
Travel
- Up to 10% normal annual travel can be expected
- Up to 25% travel may be required during the first year to complete training and onboarding.
- Some travel may include overnight stays and weekends.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, sales, or parts counter experience preferred
- General knowledge of classic cars and automotive repair preferred
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly by phone and in writing
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently
- Enjoys working with people, both customers and teammates
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
Must be able to provide references and pass a drug screen / background check.
Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record required.
