What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing operations across estimating, procurement, and pre-construction
Improving systems and processes through Databuild and Onsite Companion
Creating efficiency at every stage to shorten build times and increase deal flow
Managing procurement, supplier relationships, and tender accuracy
Supporting estimators, schedulers, and admin team members to lift performance
Working closely with the director and construction manager to drive results
Identifying bottlenecks, building solutions, and maintaining accountability
Developing SOPs and improving workflow structures across departments
Requirements
Who You Are:
Experienced in operations, estimating, and procurement
Know Databuild and Onsite Companion to a professional level
You understand how to streamline a pipeline from pre-construction through to handover
Thrive on building processes, improving workflows, and holding a high standard
- Enjoy coaching teams to operate faster and more effectively.You’re a doer, not a spectator
Bring strong relationships across suppliers, trades, and consultants
- Worked in high-volume residential construction and know how big builders move.You can see bottlenecks instantly and have the experience to remove them
You’re hungry, capable and want to step into a company where your impact actually matters
