Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-office, flexible start and end times)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 all-in

Responsibilities:
Own the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Perform account reconciliations, manage bill backs, and oversee general ledger maintenance
Support the Controller and act as a key accounting lead within the department
Supervise and provide guidance to the AP/AR Clerk and assist with HR payroll functions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions within Encompass (proprietary ERP system)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5 years of strong Senior Accountant-level experience
Dependable, motivated, and eager to continue growing professionally
Supervisory experience is a plus — will oversee 1-2 team members
Prior experience managing AP, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closes
