Accounting Specialist - Part-Time

CV Resources is seeking a part-time Accounting Specialist or Bookkeeper for a 60-90 day temporary assignment with a private equity-backed company based in Monroe, WA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who can jump in with minimal training and make an immediate impact.

Position Details:

• Type: Temporary (60–90 days), Part-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours (onsite)

• Pay: $30–$40/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable backlog and reconciliation

• Perform AR payment allocations and process customer payments

• Prepare documentation in support of CPA-reviewed financials

• Support basic accounting processes and month-end close tasks

Qualifications:

• 2 years of accounting experience (AP and GL)

• Proficiency with QuickBooks is a requirement

• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• No degree required
